Such a tubular foil bagging machine is already generally known in practice and serves to first form a flat packaging material web consisting of hot-sealable material in a packaging material tube which is subsequently closed by a longitudinal sealing device on both opposite longitudinal edges of the packaging material web. Subsequently, a lower cross seam is initially formed in the packaging material tube, after which the lower closed packaging material tube is filled with a filling material, for example a foodstuff, after which an upper cross seam is subsequently formed and the tubular film bag package thus formed is separated from the packaging material tube. For the formation of the tubular foil bag packaging, it is important that both longitudinal edges of the packaging material web of the tubular forming device are sealed against each other so that position is accurately positioned, so that both longitudinal edges of the packaging material web overlap exactly or are precisely positioned relative to each other in the region of the longitudinal sealing device. . In practice, a so-called web edge control is used for this, which is a component of a packaging supply system. If now a deviation from the actual position from the theoretical position is determined, the packaging material supply system is controlled accordingly. A disadvantage here is that in the area between the packaging material supply system and the tube forming device, the position of the packaging material web can change, whereby it is not recognized by the known web edge control. Disclosure of the invention Starting from the known state of the art, an object of the invention is to further develop a tubular foil bagging machine according to the preamble of claim 1 such that the web edge control allows a particularly precise control of the packaging material web, such that the actual position of the longitudinal edges of the packaging material web in the area of the longitudinal sealing device corresponds to the theoretical position. This object is achieved by a tubular foil bagging machine with the features of claim 1 according to the invention, in that the web edge control comprises a position recognition element arranged in the supply area of the packaging material web to the forming shoulder for a longitudinal edge of the packaging material web, and that adjusting means are in the area of the tubular forming device provided that changes the position of the packaging material web depending on the position of the packaging material web recorded by the position recognition element. In other words, this means that, on the one hand, by arranging the position recognition element directly in the supply area of the packaging material web in front of the mold shoulder, the danger or the possibilities for changing the position of the packaging material web after traversing or passing the position recognition element is minimized, and on the other hand, recognizing a deviation by providing adjusting means in the area of the tubular forming device allows an immediate change of the position of the packaging material web in the area of the tubular forming device, so that compared to the state of the art a substantially faster control of the position of the web edge of the packaging material web can be achieved. As a result, the quality or the accuracy of the tubular foil bag packaging relative to the geometry is increased, in particular in the region of the longitudinal sealing edge. Advantageous embodiments of the tubular foil bagging machine according to the invention are indicated in the subclaims. Various combinations of at least two of the features disclosed in the claims, the description and / or the figures fall within the scope of the invention. In a particularly constructive preferred embodiment of the position recognition element, which allows for easy construction and a wear-resistant use, it is proposed that the position recognition element is arranged as a contact-free measuring element, preferably as a photocell. Furthermore, it is preferably provided that the adjusting means comprise a pressure roller pressed against the packaging material web with a pressing force and which is movable along an axis perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the forming pipe. As a result, depending on the position of the pressure roller relative to the forming pipe, a transverse force can be produced on the packaging material web in a desired manner which influences the position of the longitudinal edges of the packaging material web in the area of the longitudinal sealing device. In order to prevent damage to the packaging material web as a result of the pressure roller, it is furthermore preferably provided that the pressure roller is pressed against the packaging material web with resilience and comprises an elastically designed surface for contacting the packaging material web. Further advantages, features and details of the invention follow from the following description of the preferred exemplary embodiments as well as with reference to the drawings, wherein the described exemplary embodiments are to be understood as non-limitative. This shows in: FIG. 1a and 1b each show a cross-section of a packaging material tube, such as this is used for forming a cross-sectional or rectangular tubular foil bag packaging, and FIG. 2 shows a part of a tubular foil bag machine according to the invention in a perspective view. To this end, the packaging material web 5 provides a hot-sealable material in the form of a plastic film, for example from PE (polyethylene) or other materials known from the prior art. Fig. 1b shows the packaging material tube 1b opposite with three longitudinal seams 2b, 3b and 8b, which are shown as blind seams, while the longitudinal seam 4b is again formed by mutually applying the broad longitudinal edges 6 and 7 of the packaging material web. At the packaging material tube 1b, the longitudinal seams 2b, 3b and 8b, as well as the longitudinal seam 4b, are arranged in the corner regions of the packaging material tube 1b, which is rectangular in cross-section. In FIG. 2 shows a part of a tubular foil bag machine 10 according to the invention. The tubular film bag machine 10 shows a tubular forming apparatus 11 with a forming shoulder 12 and a forming pipe 13 cooperating with the forming shoulder 12, which simultaneously serves to fill the respective material tubes 1a, 1b with a filling material. Further, in the input area of the packaging material web 5 to the tubular forming device 11, a deflecting roller 14 is arranged which is rotatably mounted in a horizontal axis 15, the longitudinal axis 16 of the forming pipe 13 being arranged vertically. By means of the tube forming device 11, the flat packaging material web 5 is formed in the usual manner depending on the cross section of the forming pipe 13 into a packaging material tube 1a, 1b, wherein the functionally required longitudinal seam 4a, 4b is provided by means of a longitudinal seam sealing device 18 arranged on the forming pipe 13 are welded with two sealing jaws 19, 20 which can be placed against the longitudinal edges 6 and 7 of the packaging material web 5. The transport of the packaging material tube 1a, 1b or the packaging material web 5 takes place in the area of the tubular film bag machine 10 by means of a pull-up device which is in particular movable up and down connecting to the shaping pipe 13 in the form of a so-called cross-seam seal housing, or also (not shown), by means of stripping tapes fitted to the shaping pipe 13, in particular vacuum-supported in a manner known per se, in which both a continuous transport and a pulsed transport of the packaging material tube 1a, 1b in the direction of the arrow is possible. In order to ensure that both longitudinal edges 6, 7 of the packaging material web 5 always lie position-accurately flat against each other in the area of the longitudinal sealing device 18, in the area immediately before the forming shoulder 12, in the illustrated embodiment between the deflection roller 14 and the forming shoulder 12 position recognition element 22 for recognizing a longitudinal edge 6 of the packaging material web 5 arranged. The position recognition element 22 is preferably designed as a photocell 23 and coupled to a control device 25 which inputs the actual position of the longitudinal edge 6 of the control device 25 as an input signal. The position recognition element 22 is part of a web edge control 100 which, in addition to the position recognition element 22, comprises adjusting means 26 for influencing the position of the packaging material web 5 or their longitudinal edges 6, 7 in the region of the shaping pipe 13. The adjusting means 26 consist of a pressure roller 28 which is rotatably mounted in a horizontal axis 27 and which, for example, by means of a pneumatic cylinder (not shown) or alternatively by means of a spring with a pressure force F against the packaging material tube 1a, 1b in the region of the forming pipe 13 is printed. The pressure roller 28 preferably comprises a soft elastic surface 30, for example in the form of a rubber ring to prevent mechanical damage to the packaging material web 5. The pressure roller 28 is arranged at the height of the longitudinal sealing device 18 on the shaping pipe 13 and is coupled to an adjusting motor 32 in the form of a servo or stepping motor, which influences the position of the pressure roller 28 in the direction of double arrow 33 at a certain angle . The adjusting drive 32 is also coupled to the control device 25 in such a way that, depending on the registered actual position of the packaging material web 5, a corresponding control or change of position of the pressure roller takes place by means of the position recognition element 22. By tilting the pressure roller 28 in the shaft 27, a transverse force is generated on the packaging material web 5 in the region of the forming pipe 13 in either direction of the double arrow 34, which ensures that the position of the two longitudinal edges 6 7 in the area of the longitudinal sealing device 18 changes in a desired manner such that they are exactly opposite each other or are flush with each other. The tubular phobic bag machine 10 or the web edge control 100 described so far can be changed or modified in various ways without departing from the spirit of the invention. The invention is not limited to the exemplary embodiments shown here.
